Jatbuzz Terms and Conditions —
Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jatbuzz.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the jatbuzz platform, you enter into a binding agreement with jatbuzz under these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, or promotional terms that jatbuzz publishes from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, the supplementary terms will apply to the specific matter they address, and these Terms will govern everything else.

If you are using jatbuzz on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Jatbuzz does not accept registrations from persons acting on behalf of others without explicit written authorisation.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use jatbuzz, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for yourself as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jatbuzz or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jatbuzz employee.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. Jatbuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a serious breach of these Terms. Jat buzz will close any account found to have been registered with false information, and any balance — including winnings — may be forfeited.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on jatbuzz. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jatbuzz will close all but the original account and may void any bets or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your jatbuzz account. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Jatbuzz will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by credential sharing.

Your jatbuzz account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jatbuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jatbuzz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jatbuzz balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jatbuzz may apply enhanced verification for large deposits as part of its fraud prevention procedures.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same bKash or Nagad account used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Jatbuzz reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Pending wagering requirements: If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, withdrawal of the bonus funds or associated winnings will not be permitted until the requirement is fully met. Real-money funds that are not part of a bonus balance can be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard verification process.

• Jatbuzz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• Jatbuzz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your name — are not permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Jatbuzz offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates — which are published alongside the promotion. These Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific rules.

General bonus rules that apply across all jatbuzz promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Jatbuzz reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

If you are unsure whether a specific betting strategy or pattern qualifies as bonus abuse under jatbuzz rules, contact support before proceeding. Jatbuzz's decision on bonus-related disputes is final.

06 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jatbuzz are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once jatbuzz has issued a bet confirmation with a reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: Jatbuzz reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Jatbuzz may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to data feed delays — will be voided.
• Maximum winnings: Jatbuzz applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are published in the sports betting section of the platform.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. A single-selection accumulator becomes a single bet.

Jatbuzz uses official data sources for match results and statistics. In the event of a discrepancy between the official result and the data source used by jatbuzz, jatbuzz will investigate and settle the market based on the official result once confirmed.

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on jatbuzz — including Blackjack, Texas Hold'em, Crash, Jungle Delight, Charge Buffalo, and Fortune Bingo — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). The RNG systems used by jatbuzz are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every game round.

Each game on jatbuzz has its own set of rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. These are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review the rules of each game before wagering real money.

• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical fault.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue, jatbuzz will resolve the round based on the game state at the time of interruption. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be refunded.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play casino games on jatbuzz is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through exploitation may be voided.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jatbuzz and will result in account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on jatbuzz.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using jatbuzz for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the jatbuzz platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jatbuzz staff or other players.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion or account restriction by registering a new account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access jatbuzz from a restricted jurisdiction.

Jatbuzz monitors account activity continuously. If prohibited conduct is detected, jatbuzz will act without prior notice, which may include immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

Jatbuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If your jatbuzz account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals during the suspension period. Jatbuzz will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to jatbuzz, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

You may close your own jatbuzz account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account after standard verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

Jatbuzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity and stay in control. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from jatbuzz for a defined period without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jatbuzz. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once applied.

If you self-exclude from jatbuzz, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and jatbuzz will close any accounts opened in violation of a self-exclusion.

11 Privacy & Data

Jatbuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jatbuzz.net/privacy-policy. By registering on jatbuzz, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jatbuzz uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. Jatbuzz does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jatbuzz is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player sharing their credentials.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or device issues on the player's side.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the jatbuzz platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand the rules of a game or promotion.

Jatbuzz's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by jatbuzz.

13 Changes to These Terms

Jatbuzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — jatbuzz will provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of jatbuzz after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using jatbuzz and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
